2. Service Description

IziInvoice provides VAT-compliant electronic invoicing solutions with PEPPOL compatibility, designed for businesses operating in Europe and Africa. Our services include:

• Automated invoice generation and delivery
• Tax compliance management
• Payment tracking and reconciliation
• Multi-currency support
• PEPPOL e-invoicing network integration

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pay-as-you-go

• €0.45 per invoice (1-20 invoices/month)
• €0.35 per invoice (21-50 invoices/month)
• €0.25 per invoice (51+ invoices/month)

3.2 Subscription

Unlimited plan: €4.99/month (billed annually at €59.88)

3.3 General Terms

• Minimum wallet deposit: €10 (via Paystack)
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• No refunds for used invoice credits

4. Data Protection & GDPR

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other applicable data protection laws.

4.1 Data Processing

• We act as a Data Processor for your customer data
• Data is stored in secure EU-based servers (AWS Frankfurt)
• All data transfers are encrypted (TLS 1.2+)

4.2 Your Rights

• Right to access, rectify, or erase your data
• Right to data portability
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to object to processing

5. PEPPOL Compliance

For users in PEPPOL network countries (including Luxembourg), our service complies with:

• EN 16931-1:2017 European e-Invoicing Standard
• PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 specifications
• Country-specific VAT requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your business information (VAT numbers, company details) is accurate for PEPPOL transmission.
